I primi di puglia
Ohhh, this is a favorite! I Primi Di Puglia is located in the new part of Alberobello and is a real gem. The menu includes only the most delicious pasta dishes. It proudly presents THE PASTA EXPERIENCE, and it truly lives up to its name. You have a choice of about 6 options, all freshly prepared. You can sit outside on the terrace or inside the restaurant. We also received a lovely aperitif as a starter. I always love that, free food ;p Not only was the food amazing, but the restaurant itself is also a delight to behold.
Trulli e Puglia Wine Bar
If you stroll through Via Monte Michelle, you’ll find Trulli e Puglia Wine Bar at the end. Here, you can indulge in an extensive wine tasting or simply enjoy a glass of wine. We chose to end our day here. It costs a bit more, but you’ll be sitting in one of the most beautiful spots in Alberobello.
